One more challenge.  For this one we were to make something with an owl on it.

I used the Create A Critter 2 cartridge.  I put the owl on a preprinted card.

Another challenge!  Scrapalette did a tic-tac-toe challenge.  She set up nine blocks and we were to pic the three in a row that we wanted to use in a project. Here is mine.  I chose to use a cuttlebug folder, bling and ribbon.

I inked the folder before putting it thru the cuttlebug.  This was a first for me.  I like the way it turned out.  The butterfly is a wooden cut from CTMH.
Here is another challenge!  Renee` challenged us to make a box from one of the cartridges.  I used Artiste and CTMH papers.

The second picture is a little blurry - sorry.

This is another challenge on the Circle message board. It was a tutorial making a split monogram using CCR and cut from vinyl and placed on a picture frame. I designed this for my nephews wedding at the end of this month. This is a sample cut from cardstock and still on my cutting mat.

Circle Mania 2013

Over on the Cricut Circle message board we are doing various challenges. This is for the "Go BIG or go home" challenge. I used the font from Folk Art , the frame is from Elegant Edges and the numbered circles are from Cricut everyday. The photo was taken was taken at the April Circle Mania. Hope you like it.

Happy Holidays everyone!

This year I am doing something totally new for me.  I am making a December Daily journal.  I am starting with the Teresa Collins memory album kit and using it to document each day of December.  Here is the cover and some of the pages.  I still need to do my dates and other embellishments.  I will add more pictures as I progress with this project.

I have used papers from SU!, CTMH and the pages that came in the kit.  I have added some Washi tape and lace that I had on hand.

Here is a box that I designed for a swap on the Cricut Circle MB.  Everyone had a secret partner and designed a box for them and filled it with scrapping goodies for their partner.  We all used the same box and they turned out beautiful.
These are the teen paper dolls I'm doing for a swap on the Cricut Circle MB.  I am doing 20 of each one.  I still have some enhancing to do to them.  These were just the test run.  Hope you like them.

Sohpie cartridge challenge

This week on the Cricut Circle MB, we were to make something from the Sophie Cartridge.  I chose to make this card for Valentine's Day.  I use white card stock for the base, cut the cage with Cherry Cobbler and for the birds I used Bashful Blue card stock from SU!.  I then used Cherry Cobbler ink and sponged the heart border and highlighted the background.

Cookie Recipe Swap

Here are a couple of Cookie Recipe layouts I made for a swap on the Cricle message board

I typed the recipes and cut them like a recipe card using From My Kitchen.  Then I laminated them with my Your Story.  The Cookie jar is from Sesame Street Friends and the raspberries are from Preserves.  On the second one I cut a shape from Sentimenals, folded it and put the recipe card inside.  the mixing bowl and mixer are from From My Kitchen.

Hope you like them.

Christmas Card

This is my first attempt at the Flower Shoppe cart.  I used Graphic 45 paper and Stampin' Up! card stock.  I sprayed the flower with SU! vanilla smooch spritz.  I made this for a personal challenge some friends and I decided to do to get us motivated to do some crafting.

Thanks for looking.

Vacation 2011

Another challenge!

This is for the weekly Circle challenge.  We were to do something from our vacation.
This year we went to Gatlinburg, TN.  As always, we visit Cades Cove.  It is a very scenic drive to and thru the cove.  There are beautiful mountain views, streams along the road and, of course WILD LIFE!

We love seeing the bears as you never know if you will see any.  This time we were very fortunate to see several.  I really enjoyed making these pages.  Thanks for looking.

Here are the pages side by side.  I used Camping critters, base camp, and camp out  for the cuts.  Everything was made from my stash!
